My kids pediatrician recommended a Antiseptic/Antimicrobial Skin post work out Cleanser with 4% Chlorhexidine Gluconate. The one we purchase is under the name of Hibiclens. It is on the harsh side originally sold as a preoperative cleanser, but works amazingly well for body contact sports. You can get it at any big pharmacy, over the counter.
