Hitting the Wall
Quick question:
We have some members that have hit the wall. Trained hard, eat clean (85/15), recovery time, etc.... Was thinking of putting them on a break for about a week to reset. Told them to come in an ddo some light rowing, running, stretching. No WOD's, strength or anything. Has anyone else dealt with this and what was the amount of time you suggest to break? |

Programming a deload week + moderately intense metcons could be a better option. |
