Re: Paleo Advice

what are your goals, i.e., what do you hope paleo will help you accomplish? lose weight, gain weight, get lean, get strong? where are you at and where are you trying to go?

Re: Paleo Advice

This is the best quick start guide to doing a 30 day challenge that ever existed: (wfs)

Give it a read and start over. It takes about a week or so to get over that "I cant eat anything " feeling. Somewhere towards the end of week 2 you should be in a nice rhythm and feeling good about yourself.

"Eat healthy," while excellent advice doesnt really even begin to scratch the surface of where you would be going with a strict 30 day paleo challenge.

Why are nut butters not a good idea? I've never seen anyone say this.

The reason is because they are very high in omega 6, especially almonds. Where you have a couple nuts no problem but it is possible to go nuts over nut butter (pun intended). I still think it is delicious.
