Bahrain?

Headed to Bahrain shortly and was wondering if there is a Crossfit or a group of people doing it. Did a search and found a guy who used to have one but he is now in Hawii.

I am down at the piers on a Minesweeper let me know if you get something together. We have a couple Level 1's inboard. We have some stuff on the pier so we get it done.

Used some of the stuff on the pier but currently at Asrey so getting back to the pier is difficult.

just arrived in Bahrain and approved to post here. I crossfit in St Augustine, FL, but fly a freighter in here every month. I NEED some crossfit, where can I get together with any of you? is there a 'box' here?

As Bob said there is some stuff at the piers but not a ton. I know most of us use NSA when we are not underway. You are very limited on what you can do. I have been messing with Crossfit Football because it is easier to do with the limited facilities.
