I don't think so. We are not talking widgets or things that should go against common sense. We are talking about a particularly prescribed way of training that requires proper form to avoid injury. Athletes put their trust in the 'educated' professionals to train them properly. Most people could apply caveat emptor to the late night TV commercial that promises you'll lose 10 lbs a day but where is the common sense to sniff out a faulty OHS or the inherent ( IMO) danger in Kipping or 100 jumping pull ups ( my very first WOD! at the box.)
