How to do the Snatch?

I feel slightly silly for asking this, but I'm having some trouble with the Snatch.

Would one of you mind laying the movement out movement by movement for me? I'm not sure why I cant seem to get it just watching the videos. It looks like its the smae basic movement as a clean and jerk but in one motion. Though this could be an issue, as Im not sure yet what the difference between the push press, and the jerk is either. Id really appreciate any help you guys can give me with this.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Re: How to do the Snatch?

Remember the work/family safe tag.

Push press is using hip and leg drive to get the weight up. Push jerk is like the push press, but then you get yourself under the weight.
