I almost started crying reading that.

This one isn't home-made - it was programmed at the box this morning, but I don't think the writer would mind me sharing.

50 burpee box jumps

50 cal row
15 push jerks (from floor) 155/105
50 wall balls.

For whatever reason, this crushed me today.

Understandable. The opener of BBJs kills you to start with, the row in the middle, and the 50 WBs suck to finish it off. Doesnt sound fun to me!

Re: Home-Made WODS

100 slamballs
Before you start and EMOTM 5 burpees

"The Lieutenant"
5 rounds
AMRAP 3
3 squat cleans 155lb
6 ring dips
9 bar facing burpees
Rest 1 minute between rounds

"Double Isabel"
60 snatches 135lbs

"the 500"
For time
100 pullups
100 wallballs 20/14
100 slamballs 40/20
100 burpees
100 double unders
This can be done as a team wod, with the other team member running 400m runs or 500m rows. Experienced athletes can tackle this one by themselves, but if done in a class setting it should be done by two people.

Re: Home-Made WODS

30 Unbroken... no time limit, no weight limit

30 cal row
30 front squat
30 push press
30 dead lift
30 WB
30 hang cleans
30 T2B
30 burpees

All of the exercises must be completed unbroken... hands do not leave the bar during the 30reps, rest either hanging or the weight hanging, when it comes to burpees you are not allowed to rest, you must keep moving.

Pick a weight you are comfortable with and complete 30 reps. When you move to the next exercise you can change the weight up or down...

no rush, no time limit, no pressure...

Just do it unbroken.
