I found this article on how to make a T-Handle for around $10, and wanted to share. It looks great as you can quickly adjust the weight, and it saves on purchasing kettlebells.

Ross Enamait recommends this on his site too. Just make sure you cut a few pieces of ABS pipe to place between the load and the handle. If you don't, the load will come up and strike your hand while swinging.

I used a little metal clamp for that. The kind you tighten with a screwdriver. Then you don't need different lengths of pipe for different weights, but it's a little slower to change. So that's an option as well.

They make me a little nervous when they get up heavier. But it's nice to have the adjustability. Keep in mind that the length of the pipe will dictate how much weight you can put on it and it would seem that a shorter length of pipe is better to help reduce force on it while swinging.

I hadn't seen the ABS pipe idea.
Very good.

I had seen the hose clamp or standard collar method, but I like this. A few pieces of pipe of different lengths to mix and match while loading the plates and I'm good to go.
