[face=verdana, arial, helvetica] so... Sage and I got to go on a road trip up to Santa Cruz to see the Crossfit Gym ,and get the pleasure to meet many trainers, and experience the crossfit experience. I want to say thank you to all of you who had so many positive things to say, and I am very excited to take what I learned while observing, into the gym. I wish we could have come up the day before to get the full effect, but I will just have to look forward to many more crossfit seminars, in which I can hopefully begin to participate. I was enthralled with the skill and strength that was demonstrated, and I learned a lot about a little thing known as fundamental strength which I know I need (as my Coach keeps reminding me...)
so, with that i will be spending a lot more time (studying crossfit) trying to learn and develop the exercises, so that I can develop any means in increasing my strength and explosiveness for my sport.
keep lifting...[/face]

It was great to see you there, Aimee. I had an awesome time too. Sorry I didn't get to talk with you, but I was too busy getting worked out by Coach B.

Aimee -

I was really impressed with you and Sage and the speed and explosiveness that you create. The clips on the site do not do it justice, seeing it in person is the real deal. Coach B is a bad man and you are destined for great things with him as your Coach.

Best of luck!

Murph

I'm glad you came. I enjoyed watching you lift. I was thinking: "so THAT'S what it's supposed to look like."
