It's been over 4-5 days since I've had dairy, and I intend to keep it that way.
I've been on and off with the wheat though, having some bread here and there, some pasta... slowly trying to get rid of it. Lately however, I've had some annoying heartburn!
I woke up fine today, made myself some eggs, slices of deli ham, on toasted rye bread.
An hour or so later, hearburn...
Ingredients on the rye bread: whole rye meal, water, salt. yeast, calcium propionate.
It's the gluten from the rye isnt it?
