no pain, but a few weeks ago when i hit the weights i had that feeling like my lower back was tight which was the same feeling i had when i hurt my back. so i decided to back off for a few more weeks. going to do some light work in the back yard today & tabata something. but i'm thinking come august it will be time for another challenge. either 30 day burpups or tabata 3x's a week?

left leg power kicks



tabata: '#10 medicine ball press'

20 seconds on/ 10 seconds off for 8 rounds

totals = 216 (28,28,24,28,28,24,28,28)



total time = 1 hour

thanks! it does feel good. if you noticed i did a few sets of 1.5 pood KB swings which is a big step for me. it has left my lower back sore the last few days.
