Hey guys. I've been doing crossfit for about a year now. I'm pretty sure I'm doing the exercises correctly and I warm up and stretch before workouts. There is this one stretch that I do that involves me sitting down, spreading my legs and reaching as far as I can (dunno what that called). There was a time when I was able to touch my chest to the ground. I stopped working out for a week or so and when I came back, all of a sudden, (when i stretched) my left groin had a really tight pinching feeling. Its been like that for a while and I've been just slowly trying to stretch it back. Today, after I warmed up and started to stretch and got to that one, I just felt like something just kind of snapped out of place, and It hurt like a mother. I hurts whenever i try to open my legs wide, but it did not seem to affect my squats or anything. Whats wrong? What should I do?
