No workout yesterday. Yes I have been slacking the last few days.

Today I did 45 mns on the elliptical and crunches until I wanted to cry

I was not at all motivated to head to the gym today, but I've already missed a workout or 2 this week so I made myself go. I took an aerobics class which was slightly on the low-impact side but definitely a welcome change to my same old routine.

My log is a work in progress Sean. By the way, where's your picture?

So I know it's been a few days (okay, more like a week) since my last post but I've been busy and out of town, and my workout schedule has been thrown off a little bit. Tonight I finally made it to the gym and took an hour-long kickboxing class.
