I have a job that involves lifting a lot of material in a lot of different ways. Result is often the inability to maintain proper form when doing so.
Result of that is a strange kind of back soreness that I have never experienced before, and I've pulled over 450# on the deadlift back in the day.
I've tried stretching, tried the massage, foam roller.....and they all help somewhat in reducing the soreness at that specific moment, but it instantly comes back the next day.
My job is very physical in nature, and many people would consider it back-breaking work.
Anything I should be doing exercise wise to keep the soreness from happening? Sometimes when I hold something over my head for an extended period of time it'll bother my back.
