Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

I'm new to the CF team...in my third week. The WOD are challenging, but what if you want to do more? What's the collective wisdom on exercises to add to the WOD to get some more pain.

Mike,

I think the general consensus is that adding more stuff is okay as long as you are recovering adequately. Make sure your nutrition and sleep are in order and you ought to be good to go.
