Today's WOD was my first time rowing on a Concept 2 rower and I have never really used a rower in my life.
Is there a tension adjuster?
Are there any tips about technique which may be usefull for a beginner to know?
Thanks in advance,
Justin

Justin,
You can adjust the tension of the elastic cables on the bottom of the rower, but I have not found the need to do so. Check out the C2 website for tips on rowing technique.... my advice, row fast and row hard!! Grunt, breathe heavy, and scream a lot!!

The bottom. Hmmm, I did not look there. It just seemed like it was to easy on the stroke. When I get a chance I will look at the C2 website again.
I hear you on the advice: hard, fast, grunting, breathing, no screaming, but I can add cramping in the traps and neck and leaving a puddle of sweat on the floor.
Thanks Brad.
