Coaching Question

I have been Cross fitting for about 8 months and have built a nice home box.

Due to time, convenience, and distance to the nearest box I do not have access to coaching. Thus I have not been able to really improve certain skills I am week in. Overhead squats, snatch, etc. Is finding a online coach worth it or do I need to simply suck it up and find a box to attend a few times per week?

Thanks

Mark

Re: Coaching Question

There's no substitute for one on one time with a good coach when it comes to improving your Oly lifts. You can do some stuff with videos and feedback but nothing takes the place of getting instant corrections during a training session. Don't just pick the nearest CF gym, they may or may not know how to coach any better than what you'd find online....find a USAW coach who trains competitive lifters, or make sure the CF gym has someone with extensive Oly coaching or competing experience.

Re: Coaching Question

OL clubs in Ohio (WFS). It is not exactly next door, but an occasional weekend trip to Columbus WL could work wonders....
