Perfect. Exactly as planned.

Back Squat

Again, its what I wanted. 182 was a 5 lb PR and gets me to 400x2 which has been a goal for a while.

Weighted Pull Up
35x5, 35x5, 35x5, 35x5, 35x5

Easier than last week's felt.

Had to chase the last one, but held onto it for the 1 kilo PR from the hang.

Hang Clean and Jerk
70x5, 90x2, 100x1, 110x1, 116x1, 122x1, 129 (F, F), 129x1

Training make like a few weeks ago, elbows got down onto the knees. The clean really just buried me. Ground it up though and stuck the jerk.

V-Ups
3x20

Got to be diligent about stuff like this. Definitely feel the difference between when I'm doing and when I'm not doing direct ab work.

Huge. 1 kilo PR with the last one.

Back Squat
20x10, 70x10, 110x5, 130x5, 143x10, 143x10, 143x10, 130x10, 130x10

Blahhhhhhh. Going to switch to this for my high volume day, 3 sets at the top weight and then drop down for the final two. 5 sets across two weeks ago absolutely trashed me.

Keeping the hot streak going here today. 134 tied my clean PR, got to stay big when I finish the jerk. Left the overhead out front.

Back Squat
20x10, 70x10, 110x5, 140x5, 160x3, 160x3, 160x3, 160x3, 160x3

Little lighter weight, little more volume than normal here today. Going for a new 10RM on Sunday, then will come back to a heavy 3 or 5 here next week.

Weighted Pull Ups
40x5, 40x5, 40x5, 40x5, 40x5

As planned, this is still moving up linear wise.

Perfect day, last one was 1 kilo PR.

Hang Clean and Jerk
70x4, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 120x1, 125 (F), 125x1, 130 (F), 130 (F Jerk)

Switched to power jerks on these because my left wrist was sore. 125 tied my PR for a clean and power jerk. Last two cleans weren't exactly pretty, but I made them and stood up.

130 is a PR for a hang clean with hip contact.

Pretty good day here. The reps at 70, 75, and 80 were part of a 1 OTM sequence for 20:00. Missed the first rep at 80 but went and made it up during the last minute. Had a little extra time so went after a PR.

Clean Pull + Power Clean
70x5, 83x3, 93x2, 102x1, 106 (F), 106x1, 111 (F), 111 (Clean Only, Power Clean PR), 113 (F, F)

Despite the fails mixed in, this was alright too. All of the fails save for the one at 106 were actually just cleans I caught too low. Positions and bar path felt really good.

Press

Just volume.

Midline
8:00 Alternating EMOM of:

Plank hold was awful. This is the stuff I need though.

Pretty good day. Weight felt heavy, but glad I was able to get to 95 even still.

Clean and Jerk

Had to do this on a pretty short clock right before a class got started. Like the snatches, these felt kind of heavy today. Had time to attempt 130 probably if I wanted it but decided to pass.

Back Squat
20x10, 70x10, 110x5, 130x5, 150x5, 163x10

Perfect, exactly as planned. 145 or 146 for 3 sets next week, then come back to 166 in two weeks.

Made the goal of two makes at 96, but a little frustrated about the process of getting there. Got a little out ahead of myself emotionally after the first make, looking ahead to trying to PR.

BTN Press

Light weight, but just volume. Shoulders are feeling a little wonky sometimes when I go under bigger snatches. I'm hoping being diligent here will start to remedy that.

Says something about how much my mindset has changed in the last three months that I can come in and make 127 and leave the gym irritated. Wanted two makes and then to go after the PR. Probably should have stayed down and gotten the second make, but what am I here for but to go after it?

Back Squat
20x10, 70x10, 110x5, 140x5, 160x5, 175x5, 160x2, 160x2, 140x3, 140x3, 140x3

This on the other hand filled what I was looking for. 175 "was" my 3RM. Paused the first rep on all the drop down sets.

Weighted Pull Ups
45x5, 45x5, 45x5, 45x5, 45x5

I'm about to run out of weight for the weighted pull up progression that I've been on. Once I do 50x5 for 5 sets next week I'll drop back down and come back up with some higher reps.
