Recently discovered Crossfit. Started today!

An old friend of mine (ex-Navy Seal) was lamenting about how much this "fran" thing kicked his butt, and how Crossfit was the best way to stay in shape. After finding this website, reading some board posts and picking my jaw off the ground after watching a dozen or so videos, I knew it was my turn.

I'm completely out of shape, so the first day was a huge challenge. I got through two rounds of 10 reps of the "official" Crossfit "warm up" and got the beat down! That warm up is no joke!

I'm looking forward to the long path of real fitness, and am glad to see there is such an active and helpful community for support and inspiration.

I've started a blog (link below) to track my progress and keep me honest. I'm looking forward to the day when I can be brave enough to post some before and after pics.

CrossFit +1,
