Newbie Log: 2 + Months w/Crossfit

Any other newbies out there? I'll try to share what I do so others can give advice and maybe we could learn together. Training for Seige @ Ft. Yargo Adventure Race Winder, Ga in June and Muddy Buddy Richmond, Va in July. I'll probably be more heavy with MBing' and trail running than most Crossfitters.

Friday - WOD (Fight Gone Bad)

Got more tired and lost it towards the end. We did the counting ourself so I'm sure the +/- error margin around 1 or 2. Still loved it. Thought the wall balls would be the easiest, but they ended up whoopin' me.
Round 1:
wall ball 28
sumo: 21
push-press: 24
jump box: 27
row: no calorie so we watch distance - .17 miles

Round 2:
wall ball 22
sumo: 17
push-press: 18
jump box: 25
row: - .16 miles

Round 3:
wall ball 18
sumo: 14
push-press: 14
jump box: 20
row: - .16 miles

Saturday - WOD Trail Run & Mountain Bike
3 mile Run - 25:29
7 mile Bike - 58 something (Over 3 miles straight up hill)
