Location, Location, Location

I am starting my search for a good location for a Crossfit Facility. I currently live in Discovery Bay CA and am considering, Brentwood (Northern), Antioch, Livermore or San Ramon. I wanted to know if there is anyone currently in those areas and what their recommendations would be.

Also, anyone interested in possibly talking partnership, please drop me a line.

Thanks in Advance,
Eric

Eric,
I am in the Livermore area and was curious if you setup a facility in the Tri-Valley?

Thanks,
Bill

Eric,

I currently live in Hayward and would be interesting in part of this if the location is close enough. I getting my barbell cert in 2 weeks and my level 1 in March.

Eric, I work for Livermore PD and CF at home. There are a lot of CFers at LPD, as some at the Fire Department. I think I saw your facility at the old dance studio. Would it be M&M Crossfit? If so, let me know. We are all dying to find out when you are going to open.

Re: Location, Location, Location

I haven't set anything up...and even missed the boat here in Brentwood as a group of people recently opened Delta Crossfit. I wish them luck as I know they will be pretty successful.

Still looking for the right place and the right opportunity. I have a full business plan & marketing plan drawn up....and a name, etc.

I would hope to keep my current job. (I have my own consulting company doing IT Security.) As well as possibly having Krav Maga training sessions at the site.

Again...if anyone is interested feel free to drop me a line...

Thanks,
Eric

Eric, I'm trying to get a plan together to open a CrossFit in Oklahoma. If you would be gracious to send me a copy of your buisness & marketing plan I woud be greatful. Not real sharp when it comes to writing . Thanks in advance!

Sincerely, Kenny Ward
