I'm about to start putting out some flyers for CrossFit Cape Fear and was wondering if anuone else running an affiliate has used any... if so, any ideas or suggestions?

I've used them with good success for our personal training, but want something different for CrossFit. Sandwich boards during park wods? Etc...

I'd start with your web site. I don't see anything related to CF on your site.

Yep, we're in the process of revising its content to reflect CrossFit.

John, I've used flyers here, but am starting to use an e-mail capaign through Constant Contact.
You can make a very informative newsletter, with photos also, very inexpensively.
If'd you like to get a sample of mine let me know, or you can just go to their website
www.constantcontact.com
Hope that helps.

I've been using CC for a year now - well worth the price. I LOVE THEM! I think more people ought to use them for that "finished" look.

These are things I had up in various places around Ann Arbor. A lot is tongue in cheek, but people came to classes.

They are all about the Boot Camp class which is a mass marketed CrossFit class. Worth a few giggles
