Heart Conditions

Hi there, Has anyone had any experience working with clients that come to them with a heart problem?? Is there any articles featuring success stories on clients with heart conditions that benefited from CrossFit, or any science backed up articles??? I have a guy that wants to see some evidence before he commits to CrossFit. He has had stent?? thank you

Re: Heart Conditions

He/she needs to talk to their cardiologist about HIIT in general. A good place to start with them is referring to a cardiac rehab program which goes through a regimented exercise process depending on the abilities of the patient. Pretty much any hospital that puts in stents will have a cardiac rehab program. Hope this helps.
