nothing angers me more in the gym than waiting for the solitary Squat rack for some princess (male or female) to get done with curls.

Andy, I love it!!!!!
Chuck, scare them with Zercher's. I did that to a bunch of, how shall I say this, "frat boys" whilst in law school. Got 315 off the floor Zercher style and squatted it that way for a set of 10. Absolutely nuts, nearly tore me up. But the "boys" let me use the rack when I went heavier. One of them said, "Dude, pleeaassse use the rack." I'll never forget it. All the best, Arden |

If you can believe this, I never see anyone doing curls in the aquat rack at my gym. If you think about it, in order to do squat rack curls you'd have to be using the 45 lb. bar plus plates on it,right? Well, not too many guys at my gym can do that. Ugh.
