I've been a lurker for a while now so I thought I should join up and contribute (when I can). I've been training pretty hard now for the last several years in a "dinosaur" style garage gym - my focus being strength and nothing else. I'm close to 40 now and have found a new interest in olympic weightlifting and I figured it'll help with the fitness too. Other sites I enjoy are farmstrength.com and the gripboard. Welcome man. I did some of the dinosaur and renagade training for a while, I really dug it. If you are more interested in O lifting, I'd be sure to check out www.performancemenu.com (WFS, I'm sure half the people here have it bookmarked). THey focus mainly on the O-lifts with some metcon.
