3,6*,3,4,3 (* had some random dude spot me and he liked to help with the lift a lot. I didn't ask the same guy to help out any more.)

PU:
5,5,5,4,4 Again, still no kip and grip is the limiter

I didn't realize until this that grip played such a factor in the Bench...

I went to Oly lifting, so it wasn't an uninterrupted break, but I don't remember the date and am to lazy right now to figure it out....

4x 400m run
2 min rest

1) 1:45
2) 1:43
3) 1:42
4) 1:35

I think that I a) didn't warmup enough, and b) didn't put everything into the runs until the end, which I don't think was the point. Not to terribly happy with this one...

More oly lifting I didn't write in the journal, I hurt my shoulder somewhere in there and had to take time off and switched to the clean (no jerk) in the Oly class, which was good to change it up a little...

Run 10K

I only got to 3.35 miles, instead of 6.21
42 min, and I had to get home and get some sleepy times...

finished with 1x8 OHS 45# to kind of remind myself where the bar should travel when I do the snatches...I talked with the Oly trainer and she said the should thing was probablydue to not letting the bar move correctly while it was overhead..

I really wasn't felling it anyway so I packed it in and headed home....

Got my 1 Pood KB in the mails the other day and decided to take it out for a spin.

~20 min KB drills
1&2 hand swings
cleans
assisted press
C&P

good times, I sprinkled the swings around to keep the HR up, and didn't hit myself or anyone else,so I call it a win
