Strategy for doing CF 3 days a week (other 3 days Krav Maga)?

I've been doing the 3 on one off cross fit schedule since summer, I love it. I've become much stronger, faster and have more stamina. However I have decided to get into Krav Maga (fighting style) so must split my time between that and CF- 3 days Krav, 3 days CF. My current plan is to do Krav M, T, Th and do CF W, F and either Sat or Sun. I'd like to get some input on a few issues:

1. Will 3 days of CF allow me to keep the gains in strength that I have achieved over the last few months? (Krav training sessions tend to be fast paced and get your heart pumping, a pretty good cardio workout).

2. If I do go to the 3 CF days route, should I continue doing the WODs in order, or should I pick 3 a week and do those. If I pick 3, which ones should I pick? I was thinking do one that goes for max weight, one for quickest time and one more or less general like Michael or Cindy.

1. Yes, unless you have elite strength levels already (which I doubt).

2. Do them in order. Picking and choosing will leave you biased as psychologically people want to pick and choose ones that play to their strengths. The 3/1 cycles are fairly programmed so you don't really need to mess with them.
