No Excuses Squat Rack

I'm investing in a 10' rig from either Rogue or Stag, so for now this is my "Squat Rack" haha.

Critiques on my back squat, not the "rack" : ) well... I guess if you want to critique my "rack," you can.

I might get hit if I compliment your "rack."

Squat looked pretty solid, hard to see everything with your rack in the way. I'm make sure you push your knees out a little more.

Other than depth, I thought it looked pretty good too. Squats seemed a little shallow to me, but I'm an Olympic lifter, so I always squat all the way.

Oh, I used to go really low too, but one of the coaches at my affiliate said not to... So, I should go back to more depth?

I think either way, my rack won't allow me to get any deeper haha.

That's your call, whether you go all the way down or just break parallel. Not everyone can go atg without there lower backs rounding so it depends on your flexibility.
