Yestderday I did a repeat of one of the excersises of the day I did just over 2 weeks ago. It was 21-15-9 Clean (115lbs) and Dips. I crushed my old time by 7+ minutes!! And today I did 21 Sumo high pull deads(75lbs) with 12 thrusters(30lbs dumbells) 5 sets. I really crushed that one by 14 minutes! I cant believe it! Crossfit is amazing!
