yes where did you get the weebing? I can only ever find it with some sort of attachments on the ends of them.

Another good way to hang rings is with adjustable loading or lashing straps (also called tie downs). I got some at Home Depot, a pair for US$7.

PS--I made two sets of PVC rings and think they are great. 1 pair with 1" inner diam. PVC, about 1.25" outer diam., another with 3/4" i.d. PVC, which comes out to 1" o.d.

ms lynn...you are so right! The funny thing is that I intentionally changed it right before I posted because I thought it looked funny with my whole name...and "infosec" is so programmed. I do remember the rule though (after the reminder) and I think I will do some penance handstand pushups anyway tonight..."hail don and lynn full of grace!" :-)

The best idea I have heard about webbing is the adjustable tie-downs from Home Depot or similar as you can adjust based on individual height and desired exercise initially before going permanently up high.
