Here's my pair. Bake at 350 for 5-6 minutes, bend into shape, sprinkle with pepper and enjoy!

Anyone else have problems with the tops of their home made rings scratching up their forearms during dips? Ive duct taped the ends to get away from bare pvc, but it still scratches. It always looks like I've been attacked by a cat at the end of a ring dip workout.

Jeff, you just posted the exact problem that i've had. My rings at home are just bars on climbing rope so the rope burns as it grates up and down. On t5he rings at my girlfriends dig in. In both cases I wrapped pipe isulation foam round the parts my forearms touch. Hope this helps.
