Just wondering what supplements people are taking and what kind of results have you been getting?

Multi-Vitamin, Cod liver oil & fish oil tablets. I'm seeing great results from my hard work and nutritional discipline. Never been stronger...

You won't need a multi if you get enough vegies. :-)

True, I see it as cheap insurance against any deficits I may have in vitamins/minerals day to day.

Probiotics and digestive enzymes so you can properly break down what you eat.

Magnesium always.

Sometimes cod liver oil or fish oil but I've never noticed any difference in the way I feel at all when I take it.

I have a tub of whey for when I need it but try to get all my protein from meat if possible.

I tried using porbiotics, seems like the latest thing recently but it didn't change anything so I stopped.

Best thing about Probiotics....you don't realize you need them until you are already sick...so I would suggest daily doses for health reasons.

Most supplements will not be instant results, takes usually 6-8 weeks to get into your system. Plus you probably will increase digestion, boost your immune system and increase the efficiency at which you break down protein.

Don't wait till your sick to decide to take something.

Also I like Vit C to control free radical damage.

What is Probiotics? I've never heard of it. I just started taking "Size On" from Gaspari nutrition and Musclemilk as a meal replacement in the morning.
