AMRAP in 20 mins:

5 225lb Deadlift
3 Muscleups

6 rounds + 2 muscleups

had to jump most of the muscle ups because i was too sweaty to hold a false grip.

Yesterday: 45min handstand practice. Really feels like I'm starting to get somewhere with them.. had a few pretty long holds (long ~10sec)

Today: Ring Day!!

3x3 Skin the cats piked
3x 5 pullups and 5 dips
3x 20sec L-Hang
20 sec L-sit
4 back lever negatives
10 ring pushups
10 body rows
8 archer pushups
8 body rows
10 jacknives with 1 arm in
10 tricep jacknives
3x8 knees to elbows
9 muscleups
more pullups and dips

or something like that...

Super Double-Under Fran

3 rounds:
35 Double Unders (for some reason i can't count and do double unders.. so i just went for 2mins ish)
25 thrusters (ouch)
15 pullups

20min flat.

double unders and thrusters both need a lot of work.

Forgot to put yesterday's 300 workout in there:

25 pullup
50 floor wipers w/ 95
50 C+Js with 16k KB
50 95lb Deads
50 Box Jumps
50 Pushups
25 pullups

forgot to keep track of time. Probably pretty slow though.

Got to run the workout for wrestling:

Tabata Squats (19.. I'll break 20 soon)

4 Rounds:
15 GHS
15 Pullup
10 Slurpees
10 TGU (5L, 5R)

followed by: bottom to bottom squat ladder w/ partner to 10. (killer)

forgot to keep time.. but the workout was way harder then it looked on paper.

Pretty Bad form on the HSPUs, other then that everything was good

Today:

Skin the cats
L-sits
A few iron cross w/ thighs on a box (ouch.. even scaled that much)
L-hangs
Back lever come downs (pretty sure i held one of em for 2 or 3 seconds)
6 muscle ups
5 L-pull ups

Weighted pull ups
10x5
~20x5
~30x5
~36x5
~48x5
~36x5

weights ~ cause i used a backpack and buckets of paint.

Tried a 'little' something I made up... took a little longer then I expected...

"The Animal 800"
For Time:
40 Pullups
80m Burpee Broad Jumps
80m Gorilla Walk (hands in middle, legs swing to either side)
10 Pullups
80m Aligator Crawl (low bear crawl)
80m Frog Hop (hands in middle, push off and land, repeat)
10 Pullups
80m Crab Walk
80m Lateral Bear Crawl
10 Pullups
80m Inch Worm (walk hands out as far as possible, walk feet up to hands, repeat)
80m Backwards Bear Crawl
10 Pullups
80m Lunges
80m Bear Crawl
40 Pullups

44:59 (ouch?)

All pullups on rings. Probably coulda done it waaay faster if it was on a football field or something instead of my 8m back yard...

Partner Workout.. Do set exercise until partner gets to 40 pulls, then switch.
Pushup
Situp
Squat
Jump
Lunge
Back Extn
Pullup

Then: Pullup 1RM.. got up to 85lbs with palms facing away.. PR by 10lbs

Today:
Weighted Rings Dips 3x5 (Backpack)
HSPU
L-Pullups
HSPU

Pretty happy with my performance.. cramped up a little from the 18th minute on.. gonna see if i can hold a round/min with 3 and 30 next time.

Rows kill me.. harder the pullups for some reason.. I'll be working on those.
