Hanging Power Snatch & Run

I didn't see a thread for yesterday's (4/26/08) WOD so I created one. I am very new (3 weeks) to CF and would like to see how I am doing by comparison. With that in mind here is my time for yesterday's WOD.
Began with official CF Warm up then...

5 rounds of:
95lbs Hanging Power Snatch x 15 reps each
400m run

Total time: 18 min even.

42 yo/m/5' 11"/ 170lbs

Re: Hanging Power Snatch & Run

You typically won't see a thread for each day's WOD, and I don't really recommend creating one. Most (but certainly not all) of the WOD threads typically deal with questions or issues related to its execution.

If you do want to continue to post your performance, I recommend doing so either in the comments section of each day's WOD entry or creating your own entry in the Workout Logs forum.

Nice job on the WOD though.

Cheers,

Mark

Re: Hanging Power Snatch & Run

Good job there Howard after only 3 weeks !

I made it in 15'48", as rx'd, with a lot of sweat in the end.
