Crossfit Henderson Workout Log

O.K. about me..my name is Matt. I have been Crossfitting since March 2006 and I have been affiliated for about a year and a half. I have been meaning to start an online log forever and today is the day I begin! I have to admit one of the reasons I have not started a log is because I am not a stellar athelete and I am embarrased by my times. Now that I have publicly stated it I realize how stupid it is...I am only competing with myself and father time.

During my time as a Crossfitter I have gone through several phases. I was a 5-6 day a week Crossfitter until around Nov 07 when I had to get a real job. I began my police academy in Jan 08 and did not Xfit at all (or much) for 4 months. My times are no where near what they have been and I hope to one day get back in decent shape. My highest FGB was a 298 on Sep 29, 2007. I want to get back there some day! That is the purpose of this log. I want accountability and a reminder of where I want to be.

Todays workout: ( I follow my own schedule and do my own programming based on Crossfit Methods. I almost never do the main page WOD on the same day it is posted)
