Last night I did this one from Coach Rut:
How many rounds can you complete in 20 minutes?
Dumbbell Deadlift 9 right/ 9 left
Box Jumps 7
Knees to Elbows 5
Your single dumbbell should be 25% of your bodyweight
I got 9 rds in 20:32--I'd done everything but the last KTEs and I hate fractions of rounds.
Anyway, I did this with a 44# kettlebell and box jumps about 24" onto a situp bench on the local park's Parcourse.
There was a boy of about 12 doing some pushups and situps there. A few rounds into it, he was watching me and shyly asked, "How much does that weigh?"
"44 pounds," I said.
"Wow," he said.
A couple rounds later, he was still watching, and asked, "Do you do this every day?"

With any luck that boy will look up CrossFit from the T-shirt I hope you were wearning and you will see him out there next time doing Angie. I hope remains in awe of you and your performance and follows up.
