Testosterone booster?

This is a tall order to fill but I'm looking for a do it all supplement. One that will promote good health, muscle gain and performance enhancement. As a 43 year old male, I'm thinking the best thing I could do is find an over the counter supplement that would safely boost testosterone production.

Any ideas of what works?

Re: Testosterone booster?

Regular sleep, a healthy diet, strenuous exercise, and ZMA are things that I suggest trying. Beyond those I don't know what to suggest.

Re: Testosterone booster?

General rule of thumb regarding testosterone boosters: if it actually works, it's illegal.

Re: Testosterone booster?

Anthony, I disagree with that. There has been a few different test boosters that I have tried. Some with better effects than others and some that dont seem to do anything.

Besides Red Kat wich was awesome, but I cant find anymore. Optimum Tribulus 625 is the only test booster that I have found to my liking.

Re: Testosterone booster?

Todd, ZMA is a Zinc and Magnesium supplement that assists in the bodies natural test. production. If your body is at max production this will not help. If you are Zinc deficient, then this will help. There is a lot of discussion about ZMA at www.performancemenu.com . Which is a largely WFS link, I have not read every thread. I believe it costs around $9 for a month or two worth of pills.

Re: Testosterone booster?

I thought rowers had a high level of testosterone compared to other athletes... hit the C2 harder and more often... can't be too bad for you even if it doesn't increase your testosterone.

Re: Testosterone booster?

Squats and Rows... I've heard that working the upper legs produces testosterone. I do know that I feel great after a CF workout heavy one deadlifts or weighted squats, lunges are good too.
