During today's "Lynne" workout I hit a new PR of 12 pullups(wide overhand grip, strict deadhang). When I started Crossfit in late Feb. of this year I could barely do one, now I'm in the double digits baby!!

I've also lost 20 lbs. of fat, 180 down to 160, and a full 4" off my waist/spare tire measurement. I couldn't even get up into a handstand against the wall and last week I did four consecutive HSPU.

I could brag a little more but credit goes to Crossfit as I would never have thought up an approach anywhere near this effective.

That is some out-STANDING progress, Rob!! From 1 (or 0?) to 12 pullups in a little over 4 months? Just outstanding.

You'll probably find that the 20# has helped out there.
