Yes, because a group of competitive type a personalities mixed with alcohol and firearms is always a good idea.

So not helping.


Heres a WOD for you.

Take a shotgun Blast at 100 meters.

WHile doing moving burpees, take a shotgun blast every 10 seconds until you reach the shotgun. Score is number of days of recovery in the ICU, lowest score wins.

As of now, I'm bringing money and beer. If I have time, I might make deviled eggs. They're not paleo, but they're delicious.

deviled eggs always seem to be a hit... and they tend to get eaten really really fast!
