Hi Kevin,
I found a couple of interesting articles there. The one on 'Juggernaut Training' makes me want to go out and build a sled for the upcoming spring and summer. The 'improved method' column of the chart in the 'Why We Are Athletes' article was, to me, very reminiscent of Crossfit. I also liked Mike Mahler's article on mental toughness.
