Hello Fellow Message Board CrossFitters!
It's been ages since I've checked in here. Uh, like 6 1/2 months? I had a hamstring tear going into the CF Games which prevented me from competing in the Masters Division. Heartbreaking. Longest healing process ever imaginable.Just now getting ham flexibilty back. Now dealing with shoulder pain that's minor by comparision. I now train/coach with Laura Demarco at CrossFit RX here in Atlanta. Life is good. I hope everyone is doing well. As for me, I'm taking one WOD at a time. Probably no comp for me this year. |

Haven't posted in ages. Just wanted to say good luck to all competing in the CF Games Open this year. I've been doing the WODs at my gym CrossFit RX here in Atlanta, but not really pushing it this year. I'm thrilled to see all of the Masters CrossFitters on the Leaderboard.
I have no idea what my ranking is at this point since my new score for WOD3, although validated, hasn't shown up on the Leaderboard. I think at this point it's anyone's game, so give each WOD your 100%. Good luck to all! 3...2...1...GO! |
