Push Press 5 x 45 5 x 95 5 x 115 5 x 135 5 x 155 5 x 175 5 x 185 (+10 PR) 2 x 195 (+5 PR) 1 x 200 (+ 10 PR) Very happy about this. 185 felt great, but it took a lot out of me. Before tonight, my best Push Presses were 5x175, 3 x 185, & 2 x 190 |

Sorry I haven't stopped by your log in so long. Nice to see you are still hard at it and setting PRs! Awesome. You've really progressed with a lot of strong work while I've been away. Starting back into things very slowly after a nine month (pretty much) hiatus with no workouts at all......had to deal with an illness which I think I've finally shaken off. Back Squat 5 x 45 5 x 95 3 x 145 3 x 195 10 x 3 x 245 (volume PR) Clean 3 x 65 3 x 95 3 x 115 3 x 135 3 x 155 3 x 175 Came in early with plans to do 5 triples at 145. That turned into 10 triples. Everything felt solid and not too heavy. Cleans felt GREAT! |

De-load week
5.16.11 Squat 5 x 265 Close Grip Bench Press(been months, played with a new set-up, felt GREAT!) upto 5 x 275 5.17.11 A bunch of Pull-ups Press 3 x 245 5.18.11 Deadlift 3 x 335 spending the weekend in Montreal. I'll return to hard training on Monday. |

Montreal was fun. Too many hours in a car, and I was tight/tired on Monday/Tuesday.
5.23.11 Squat upto 5 x 245 Clean&Jerk upto 185 (SO easy/fast) The best my clean has ever felt. 5.24.11 Cindy 17+5 way off my PR. I was tired. My pace was great until about 10 minutes in, and then I just wasted too much time resting. I blame a weekend full of booze and crappy food. 5.25.11 Front Squat 5 x 45 5 x 95 5 x 135 5 x 185 5 x 205 3 x 225 very sore from Cindy. Squats felt solid. |

Everything felt good today. I ate right before class, but that didn't slow me down at all. |
