That would be pretty awesome - to see a more average CrossFitter next to the top athletes would really highlight just how good those top athletes are.

The WD are included because they support CrossFit for their 2,000 employees. Kind of a cool way for CrossFit to show how a corporation uses CrossFit.

The fourth workout of the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games Open will be announced from Colorado Springs, Colorado, on Thursday, March 17.

Immediately after 16.4 is announced, the reigning Fittest Woman on Earth, Katrin Davidsdottir, will face bronze medalist Sara Sigmundsdottir.

16.5 = 14.5 +15.5: Rowing, thrusters, bar facing burpees.
