Bicep Tendon

So I think I may have torn my bicep tendon but not sure. Any advice would be appreciated.

On Saturday did Angie. This should not be a problem for me. I have been doing crossfit over a year with good progress. Did butterfly pull ups for all 100.

On Monday both arms were uncomfortable. Not muscular but felt like something else. It got looser as I worked out so thought I was just stiff.

On Tuesday deadlifted @ 3x3 @ 75%. Nothing excessive.

By the end of the day Tuesday in a lot of pain in left arm and have little range of motion. Cannot even straighten arm. It does not look like a bulge ie the tendon popped completely. But forearm and elbow is really swollen. No bruise but swollen. Thanks in advance for any help.

Can be mild case of rhabdo muscle, muscle damage without rhabdo, muscle hyper trophy. Seek md assistance

Go see your doc.
