1-2x per day. Nice and easy. I eat a lot of veggies, 1-2 pieces of fruit, and 200-250 gr of carbs per day.

Day 2 and I had to come on here and brag because I just had the best lunch of life ever.
Grilled chicken breast, spinach, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, red pepper, and feta cheese for a wicked protein/fat salad. Best salad I've ever had. Glass of whole milk to go with it. Afterwards had a slice of pineapple and then a bowl of high fat yogurt with 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts mixed in. Sandwiches never seemed so lame. |

Only 160g of beef with 100g of white rice noodles here.
I recently lost interest in making fancy meals. Only when its family time on weekends, but even then Im more into some paleo desserts ![]() |

Ya I was thinking I don't need it at lunch anyways. I figured it's not too bad it only has 12g or something. In that case I should probably forgo the pineapple till post workout as well ya?

Whats the reason behind that? You just want to loose some BF or is it something else? Why did you start with breakfast (wow, I only now realised that this is actually coming from break(ing)fast(ing) - wow...) anyway?
