Two More Paleo/Zone questions

1. I've been doing tons of research both here and on other sites to become educated on this. One thing I think I've learned is that the Paleo/Zone diet recommended on the main site is more for people new to CF, and getting an "on-ramp" to losing fat, gaining muscle, and getting a good base for fitness doing CF. It is not typically suitable for someone who becomes serious about CF as an athlete: that will require a switch to a more sport nutrition diet, not paleo/zone. Can someone confirm that I am correct here?

2. I want to make a chart that compares wolff paleo/cordain paleo/sisson primal/whole 30, and other diets in the "paleo" family. I only want to make this chart once, for my benefit and the benefit of others...so what other diets deserve to be on this chart?

Here is a VENN diagram version (Safe for family/work) of a similar chart...but the chart I plan on doing will be typical rows and columns, so folks can see the actual dietary differences at a glance. You know, with the red X's and green check marks type thing. Of course my chart won't include atkins....

Paleo Plus (work/family safe). Paleo with Weston Price influence.
