whole 30?

From another post on here, I stumbled upon "whole 30" nutrition plan.

http://whole9life.com/2011/10/whole-30-v5/

How does this compare to zone/paleo and what is the general consensus about this in the CF community?

Re: whole 30?

Try using the search button first. You should find enough comments on it to keep you busy for a few hours. The short of the long is it is basically a very strict Paleo Diet.

Haha well truth be told, while I might not agree with everything they say or do...they do help a lot of people lead healthier lives.
