I am looking to gain profiencey in the most basic moves of Crossfit. My list has boiled down to: Front Squat, Clean& Jerk, OHS, Snatch, Back Squat, Deadlift, Presses, Muscle-up, pull-up, ring dip, handstand push-up, push-up, l-sit, running, rowing, jump roping. Would you add to, subtract from, or leave be my list?
