Bad-A*s B*tch Invitational - Women's Only Strongman Contest, Philadelphia, PA

IronSport Gym in Glenolden, PA (outside of Philadelphia) will be holding what is probably the first open amateur women's-only strongman contest ever. We're encouraging both new and veteran strongman (strongwoman?) competitors to be involved, and we'd love to get Crossfitters on board--CF is a great talent pool of women who are not afraid of weights!

2” Axle Deadlift – Max weight, last woman standing
In this event a starting weight will be loaded on the bar and every woman will pull it. Then another increment of weight will be added, and every woman will pull that. Weight is added and competitors keep pulling until they can't pull any more.

One-arm dumbbell, barbell, 2” axle, 10” log
LW: 45#, 110#, 105#, 105#
MW: 55#, 120#, 115#, 115#
HW: 65#, 135#, 130#, 130#

Stone over 44'' bar - Max reps for 120 seconds

Ironsport has some real badasses training in it. Kirk and Kevin Nowack to name two as well as Steve Pulcinella I believe (think he may own it actually).
