Paleo Kit Me!

This might sound pretty idiotic but I was thinking of maybe doing 30 days of eating nothing but Paleo Kits...My reasoning behind this? Well I love Paleo Kits, I hate cooking, I never seem able to eat 100% Paleo, and eating nothing but Paleo Kits would solve my issue of not eating 100% Paleo. Just like the movie, "Supersize Me", I would get baseline vitals, weight, BF, lean mass, and of course a full blood workup...My hypothesis being that eating nothing but Paleo Kits for 30 days would equal positive results in gaining better health. 3 XL kits for my 3 main meals and 2 small kits for in between snacks... Dumb idea or worthy experiment?

I would say "bad idea." I love Paleo Kits for snacks, but you need fresh foods too. Too much of a good thing, you know?

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

+1 on Lara's comment.

I don't think this plan fixes anything. After 30 days, you've eaten nothing but Paleo. Fine, but what's next? Are you at that point more educated and prepared to eat 100% Paleo from then on? If not, why bother?

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

Having just recieved my first 5-pack hours ago, I've gotta say I love things things!! So tasty!

However, I got the medium size, and I feel like that in itself is a lot of food. 3 XL's might be overdoing it, especially with small's for snacks...

I don't think it's a bad idea though, personally I'd like to see if you could do it!

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

Paleo kits are amazing, I have eaten hundreds of them. I would sugest you might want a bit more vegetable volume than a paleo kit can provide. I ate mine with extra vegetables often.

One thing I wish is you could order them blocked out to your own specs for people that are doing paleo-zone.

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

Eat as you intend to eat for teh remainder o your life. Spending 30 days learning to cook would be a much better investment of your time and money.

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

While the money definitely goes to a good cause, this is an insanely expensive undertaking.

i'm with Ger. Take the month and learn how to effing cook. it's not that complicated.

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

I'd try it just out of curiosity.

I love experimenting & haven't died from it yet, but it's usually quite a learning experience.

Not necessarily a good experience, but we learn more from our bad experiences than from the good ones.

I think it sounds like a neat experiment.
